Buenos días! Hoy os traigo un post de chico ya que hace bastante que la parte "That's why we love them"  del blog no se hace protagonista de uno de los días de nuestra semana. Hoy he escogido como modelo a mi amigo Pedro, así en este apartado de hombres, tendremos distintos looks en chicos de diferentes edades.

Good morning! Today I show you a guy post that for quite some time "That's why we love them" part of the blog isn't the protagonist one day of the week. Today I have chosen as a model my friend Pedro, so in this part for men, we will have different looks with boys of different ages.

Hemos optado por utilizar como color protagonista el burdeos, un tono muy invernal y también uno de nuestros favoritos. Para conseguir este look hemos combinado, una camisa a rayas en el tono que antes he nombrado de Montepicaza de hace algunas temporadas, con una rebeca en gris de Abercrombie&Fitch de la temporada de Otoño/Invierno 2010/11. Los pantalones son también en tonos burdeos con tela de piel de melocotón de la temporada pasada de Otoño/Invierno 2011 de Carieri&Carieri. En los pies, lleva unos mocasines de piel con borlas en el mismo tono protagonista del look de esta temporada Otoño/Invierno de Antonio Parriego. Para aguantar estos días tan fríos, hemos combinado la bufanda en lana de la pasada temporada Otoño/Invierno 2011/12 de Pal Zileri con un husky de Barbour en azul marino. Por último, como complementos, lleva el reloj de correa de caucho negro modelo Gran Turismo XL de Chopard y pulseras de cuero en tonos marrones, burdeos y verde botella de Massimo Dutti. We have chosen to use as protagonist burgundy color, a very winter tone and also one of our favorites. To achieve this look we have combined, a shirt striped in the tone that I have previously said from some seasons ago by Montepicaza, with a grey Cardigan from fall/winter 2010/11 season by Abercrombie&Fitch. Pants are also burgundy with peach skin fabric from las fall/winter season by Carieri&Carieri. In the feet, he wears mocassins with tassels in the same protagonist tone of the look from this fall/winter season by Antonio Parriego. To fight cold, we have combined the wool scarf from last fall/winter season by Pal Zileri with blue marine Barbour. Finally, as complements, he wears the black rubber strap watch Gran Turismo XL by Chopard and leather bracelets in brown tones, burgundy and bottle green by Massimo Dutti. I hope you like it!!

Sweet black

Buenas tardes!! Volvemos a la carga con el blog después de unos días de descanso por mi queridísima tierrina con familia y amigos!

Good afternoon!! We come back with the blog after a few days of rest in my lovely place with family and friends!

El look que os enseño hoy es muy casual con unos de mis pantalones cortos favoritos, son comodísimos y muy ponibles tanto en invierno como en verano. He combinado todo un look en negro con el color pastel del jersey para romper un poco, éste es de angora en verde agua de H&M de esta temporada, es muy calentito y dan ganas de abrazar a quien lo lleva! Los pantalones negros con estampado de lacitos blancos son también de H&M pero ya de hace unas cuantas temporadas. Como ya se nos ha pasado la temporada de enseñar las piernas, unas buenas medias tupidas nos permiten aguantar el frío, como éstas que son de Wolford. Para abrigarnos bien, siempre algo al cuello, esta vez llevo una bufanda cerrada de pelo de conejo y lana de Marella de hace unas cuantas temporadas. En los pies, llevo las francesitas negras con lazo en la punta, son de Primark de la pasada temporada Otoño/Invierno. El bolso, que ya he sacado en un post anterior, en negro con cadena dorada, es Vintage al igual que los pendientes dorados con perla en el centro. Por último, en las manos, llevo el reloj dorado de correa en cuero negro de Parfois, con dos pulseras de oro blanco con pequeños brillantes, una de ellas con corazón y cuero negro de Beatriz Joyas, y la otra con cruz y piedras negras de Ulibarri, en la otra mano pulsera de cuerda burdeos con la palabra "forever" en rosa de C&C. The look that I show you today is very casual with one of my favourite short pants, they are so comfortable and very wearable both in winter and in summer. I have combined a look in black with the pastel colour of the sweater for a little break, this is an angora green water sweater of this season by H&M, it's very warm and it makes you want to hug who wears it! The black pants with withe bows printed are also by H&M but a from few season ago. As we have already finish the season to show legs, woven stockings allow us to fight cold, like these that are by Wolford. To keep us warm, always wear something on the neck, this time I wear a close rabbit hair and wool scarf from some seasons ago by Marella. In the feet, I wear ballet pumps with a bow at the tip, they are from last autumn/winter season by Primark. The bag, which I wore in a previous post, is black with a gold chain, it's Vintage like the gold earrings which with a pearl in the middle. Finally, in my hands, I wear the gold watch with black leather strap by Parfois, and two white gold bracelets with tiny diamonds, one of them with a heart and black leather by Beatriz Joyas, and the other one with a cross and black stones by Ulibarri, on the other hand I wear a burgundy rope bracelet with the word "forever" in pink by C&C. Buenos días!! Hace unos cuantos días que no actualizo el blog porque he estado muy liada con las clases, pero aquí va un post con un look invernal de diario muy folk! Como empezamos los meses duros en la uni, entre entregas de trabajos y exámenes, ayer para despejar nos fuimos a Madrid unos amigos a dar una vuelta por Fuencarral, una de nuestras calles favoritas, así que, para una tarde de otoño tan fría éste es el tipo de ropa que elegí, cómoda y calentita.

Good morning!! I don't update the blog a few days ago because I've been very busy with classes, but here's a post with a daily winter look very folk! We start the hard months in the university, between the handing over of our practical work and exams, yesterday we went to Madrid with a few friends for a ride by Fuencarral, one of our favorite street, so, for an autumn afternoon so cold this is the type of clothes that I chose, comfortable and warm.

Como digo muchas veces, entre mis colores favoritos, está el negro, con uno de los que mejor me siento y que en invierno saco mucho partido, así que una vez más, es el color protagonista que elegí para esa tarde. La chaqueta tipo poncho estampada en dorado, negro y gris con flecos es una de mis últimas adquisiciones y tengo que decir que estoy encantada con ella, es comodísima y muy calentita! Ésta es de una tienda de Chueca que tiene ropa de varias casas, la marca de esta chaqueta es F&P. Debajo de la chaqueta llevo una camiseta oversize básica de algodón blanco de hace algunas temporadas de Zara. Los pantalones, unos de mis favoritos, son estos vaqueros oscuros de Stradivarius de esta temporada Otoño/Invierno. Para combatir el frío nada como un buen gorro o una cinta de lana, yo elegí ésta en negro de Primark de esta temporada Otoño/Invierno. Al igual que la cinta, las francesitas en el mismo color son también de Primark pero éstas de la temporada pasada Otoño/Invierno. El bolso, muy grande y con tres apartados distintos para meter todo lo que llevo conmigo en mi día a día, es en cuero negro de Zara del Invierno pasado. Por último, los complementos, llevo reloj dorado con correa de cuero negra de Parfois, pulsera negra con tachuelas doradas de Blanco y anillo dorado de calaveras vintage. Espero que os guste!!

As I said many times before, among my favorites colours is black, it's one of the better I feel with and in winter I wear a lot, so, one more time, is the protagonist colour I chose for that afternoon. The jacket poncho type printed in black, gold and grey fringed is one of my latest purchases and I have to say that I am delighted with it, is very comfortable and very warm! This one is from a Chueca' store which has clothes of several brands, this jacket is by F&P. Under the jacket I wear a basic white cotton oversized shirt of some seasons ago by Zara. Pants, one of my favorites are these dark jeans of this season by Stradivarius. To fight cold nothing better like a good hat or a wool band, I chose this one black of this fall/winter season by Primark. The same as the ballet pumps in the same color are also by Primark but these are from last fall/winter season. The bag, wich is very big and it has three different  sections to put everything that I carry with me everyday, the black leather bag is from last winter by Zara. Finally, plugins, I've wear a gold watch  with black leather strap by Parfois, a black bracelet with gold studs by Blanco and skulls vintage gold ring. I hope you like it!

Buenos días!! Por fin llega el puente y tenemos unos merecidos días de descanso! Ya ha llegado el frío aquí en Madrid, pero todavía podemos aprovechar algún día para enseñar las piernas antes de que llegue el invierno, así que de eso va el post de hoy! Un look abrigadito pero pero permitiéndonos llevar una falda sin medias. 

Good morning!! Finally it's here the long weekend and we deserved days to rest! The cold weather had come here in Madrid, but we can still take the opportunity to show our legs before the winter will come, so that's what today's post is about! A warm look but but it allows us to wear a skirt without tigths.

Para este día, hemos elegido una falda de paillettes en dos colores de BDBA de temporada Otoño/Invierno de este año para darle un toque diferente a un look de diario, la cual hemos combinado con un jersey de lana tostado de esta temporada Otoño/Invierno de See U Soon, perfecto para no pasar nada de frío! En los pies, Laura lleva unas botas de ante marrón con cordones de Uterqüe de hace dos temporadas. Todo ello combinado con una cartera de mano en piel marrón oscura de Mulberry también de esta temporada. Como complementos, en una mano, lleva un reloj en carey y dorado de Michael Kors, mientras que las pulseras de esta mano y la otra son de C&C, una tienda de Asturias (os dejo el enlace de su página de Facebook para que podáis ver la cantidad de prendas y complementos tan ideales que tienen!) y finalmente las gafas de sol, con cristal degradado, para eso días de invierno que no pega demasiado el sol pero sí que molesta, y en pasta carey con patillas doradas son de Dior. Espero que os guste este look de día para romper un poco con la rutina con esta falda de paillettes como protagonista!!

For this day, we have chosen a paillettes skirt in two colors from this fall-winter season by BDBA to give this daily look a different touch, we combined the skirt with a wool tan sweater from this fall-winter season by See U Soon, it's perfect to not be cold! On the feet, Laura wears brown suede boots with laces from two seasons ago by Uterqüe. The look is combined with a leather dark brown handbag from this season by Mulberry. As complements, in one hand, she's wearing a tortoiseshell and gold watch by Michael Kors, the bracelets are from C&C  a store in Asturias (I leave you the link of their Facebook page so you can see the amount of garments and accessories so ideal they have!) and finally the sunglasses, with degrade glass, for that winter days that the sun doesn't beat down but it bothers you, they are tortoiseshell with gold sidepieces by Dior. I hope you like this daily look to break the routine with this paillettes skirt as a protagonist!

Buenos y lluviosos días!! El post de hoy viene perfecto para un día como este, os voy a hablar de un clásico, la trenca para hombre. Seguramente todos tengamos una en nuestro armario a la que recurrir cualquier día frío, y apuesto a que todos de pequeños hemos tenido una que ponernos en invierno, es por eso, por lo que, ahora que ya llegó el frío,  dedico un post sólo para hablar de este maravilloso abrigo que nos ha acompañado tanto tiempo.

Good and rainy morning!! Today´s post is perfect for today so I´m going to talk about a classic, duffle coat for men. I´m sure we all have one in the back of our closet to draw on in a cold day, and I bet that we all have had one when we were kids. That´s why now that the weather is getting colder I dedicate a whole post to this wonderful coat that has been with us for so long.

Para los que no lo sepáis, esta prenda es tradicional de Gran Bretaña, data de 1890, y desde que se inició su comercialización se ha convertido en todo un must temporada tras temporada. Las características más visibles de este abrigo son la gran capucha que tiene (su tamaño es debido a que los pescadores que la utilizaban necesitaban meter un gorro marinero debajo de ella),  los botones de forma alargada con alamares para abrocharlos, y sobre todo, el interior, con forro de cuadros tartán. Tanto para hombre como para mujer, esta prenda de abrigo es muy fácil de combinar, sobretodo en hombres. Se puede llevar con un look sport, como en las fotos que os dejo de Natán, o con vestimenta mas seria, incluso con traje. Como os decía antes, también es una prenda muy usual en niños, así que aquí os dejo unas cuantas fotos de trencas de estas temporada que me han gustado, en hombres de varias edades, tanto low cost como de marcas más caras, para que podáis elegir la vuestra para esta temporada si es que aún estáis sin ella! Que tengáis un buen día!!

For those who don´t know yet, the duffle coat owes its popularity to the British Royal Navy since 1890. Since the beggining of its marketing it has become a must season after season. The most outstanding features of this coat are the huge hood that is has (its size is because the fisherman used to put a sailor hat under it), the elongated buttons with wires to buckle them and especially the inside with the tartan lining.

For both women and men this garment is very easy to match, especially in men. It can be worn with a sport look, like in Natan´s pictures or with more serious outfits, even with suit. As I told you before, its also a coat worn by children. So I´m leaving some pictures of this seasons duffle coats that I like, in men of different ages, and both low cost and more expensive brands so you can choose the one you like the most if you still without one.
